Reviewed on 19th June 2012I was initially happy with the service, until I got home and realised that my headlight had been smashed. I am currently seeking legal advice.

Reviewed on 28th February 2012The place is hard to find. I spent 20 minutes looking for it. After the holiday I spent 20 mins heading north to collect the car before heading back south. Bad location for south west travellers!

Reviewed on 6th February 2012We had used your Bristol car park on several occasions, but this time you had moved into Bristol and we had great difficulty in finding the place. If we hadn't had satnav we might have missed our flight. We were also kept waiting for half an hour in freezing temperatures for the return bus, then 2 turned up.

Reviewed on 16th September 2010Having used this car park in the past with no issues, I would not use them again as my car was damaged on the last visit. They have failed to respond to any of my correspondence.

Reviewed on 2nd September 2010Arrival and airport transfer was ok. On our return, couldn't get on the bus for transfer due to overcrowding, I was informed that I could sit on the bags in the luggage area of the bus. On locating my vehicle, it was nigh on impossible to get out of the car park, again due to overcrowding and the position that my vehicle had been parked. I had to drive around the car park for 10 minutes to find a safe exit point. Although good value for money, I'll never park there again, and would inform friends and family to steer clear.

Reviewed on 10th April 2010I would not recommend this car park for one reason and that is there is no sign to tell you where it is. Apparently they cannot obtain planning permission to put one up. The instructions from the north tell you to look - wait for it - a mushroom farm, and I for one have always wanted to park my car in a mushroom farm, I mean haven't we all? Instructions from the south, my direction, are not blessed with such precise details, merely the name of the village it is hiding in. One would assume if you have that it would be a simple matter of asking a resident of the village as to its location but no, it would appear the villagers hate the car park, the noise and pollution, in their little piece of heaven and never wanted it in the first place. It would appear to me that villagers have taken a oath not to reveal its whereabouts to anyone looking for it. Having asked asking several villagers, our saviour came in the form of the Post Master. Had it not been for Easy Jet main frame computer breaking down we would have surely missed our flight from Bristol airport. G King

Reviewed on 20th February 2010Excellent service-courteous, speedy, well organised and relatively cheap. Will look nowhere else if parking is required.

Reviewed on 14th October 2009Unfortunately we could not find the car park at 6am in the dark! Having entered the post code in out satnav we arrived at destination down a narrow country lane - no sign of car park or adjoining mushroom farm. Due to time limitations we had to go straight to the airport and park in long stay -paying twice!! Shame as I have used park & go at various airports before had would have given a 5 rating previously. Next time we may book Meet & Greet!!!
